Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness fuses ballet inspired moves, pilates, yoga, aerobics and strength training to deliver a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into amazing shape. Every class closes with mindfulness, breathing and yoga inspired stretches.

Pumped Up Strength

This class is a new approach to resistance strength training. Utilizing combination movement patterns in a targeted, rhythmic progression, its superpower is the dynamic integration of upper and lower body movements. A sweat-drenched, functionally efficient workout that will challenge your body in new ways, improve muscle mass, and rev your metabolism!

Recorded Classes

Even though we’re miles apart, it doesn’t mean we can’t workout together. Enjoy the Barre Belle Fitness community from anywhere. Recorded classes are available for members only! Sign up for all inclusive membership! Recorded live classes are available anytime you need.
